In the game before you race change your name to one or more of these:

neutron - Makes it look like your racing in the film "Tron".
spyeye - Airship view.
spiral - Rotating view camera.
nitroid - Unlimited Nitro.
misplace - Gives you better weapons on the tracks.
mistake - Unlimited missiles.
xcharge - Unlimited weapon & shield charge.
2064 - Futuristic cars.
xxx - Speeds the game up.
flick - Only displays 1/4 of the screen when playing.
pixie - Popup distance lowered.

Open Tracks/Pilots:
I found this by accident, but enter 551HZMH9H3H1 to open an
assortment of tracks (including mirror mode for some of them)
as well as all the bikes and the ability to play as five of
the pilots. Add 7K1GLLSXSDM7 and you'll have quite a few tracks
open altogether.
